TLG Seminars
The Transforming Leadership & Governance (TLG) Seminars are a highly professional and interactive values-based leadership development series that equips effective leaders of integrity with competencies to spearhead personal, relational, organizational, and societal transformation.
LADS / Y2L
Young Leaders League (Y2L) & Leadership and Development Studies (LADS) program has been designed by experts to groom and prepare young people between the ages of 11 and 25 years to become effective leaders.
Transformational Projects
At ILF-Ghana, we empower leaders to embark on transformational projects that spark meaningful change in their communities and beyond. By sharing their inspiring stories, these leaders not only drive progress but also create a ripple effect, encouraging others to take action.
Technology Initiative
The Technology Literacy Program is designed to prepare young people between the ages of 11 and 25 for a rapidly evolving digital world. It empowers young people with the skills and knowledge needed to excel and be leaders in technology-driven careers, fostering innovation and creativity.
