Two Pathways for ILF Alumni: Complete Your 12Cs Journey or Become a Certified Facilitator

Accra, 4 October 2026

ILF Ghana has opened two pathways for people who have already taken part in its leadership programmes. Past participants can return to complete the full ILF Transforming Leadership Journey, and alumni of the Transforming Leadership and Governance Seminars (TLGS) can apply to become ILF Certified Transforming Leadership Facilitators. Both close on 31 October 2026.

1. Complete your ILF Transforming Leadership Journey

Many participants first came to ILF programmes through an employer, church, school or other institution, and completed part of the ILF 12Cs Transforming Leadership Programme, but not the full journey. People change jobs and institutions change priorities. Leadership development, however, remains a personal responsibility.

The 12Cs are not simply twelve training topics. Together they form a holistic Transforming Leadership architecture, designed to develop the whole leader: how you lead yourself, relate to and develop others, build capacity, lead change, multiply impact and create continuity beyond yourself.

  • Take the 12Cs modules you have not yet completed.
  • Experience the full ILF Transforming Leadership architecture.
  • Receive an ILF Certificate of Completion when you complete the outstanding requirements.

Investment: GHS 300. After you register and pay, ILF Ghana reviews your previous participation records, confirms the modules you have completed, and advises on your outstanding modules and completion schedule.

2. Become an ILF Certified Transforming Leadership Facilitator

As part of its renewed strategy to expand its national faculty, ILF Ghana is inviting selected TLGS alumni to apply for the ILF Transforming Leadership Facilitator Certification Programme. It is an opportunity to move from being a participant in Transforming Leadership to becoming a practitioner and multiplier of the ILF leadership philosophy.

Participants deepen their mastery of the ILF 12Cs Transforming Leadership Architecture and build professional capability in adult learning, facilitation, coaching, leadership solution design, digital and hybrid delivery, programme evaluation, and the professional standards required to represent ILF.

  • Who it is for: professionals, executives, academics, consultants, trainers, coaches, entrepreneurs, public servants, clergy, retired senior professionals and others who want to turn their experience into greater transformational impact.
  • Programme: 60 hours of training and 12 hours of supervised practical delivery.
  • Outcome: certification as an ILF Certified Transforming Leadership Facilitator and admission into the ILF Certified Faculty Network, the Transforming Leaders Network (TraNet).
  • Investment: GHS 1,500.

Certified facilitators may be considered for ILF facilitation and leadership-development assignments in Ghana and, where opportunities arise, within the wider international ILF network. Certification creates eligibility for such opportunities; it does not guarantee assignments. Places are limited and admission is subject to ILF’s selection and certification requirements.
