KNUST Mastercard Foundation Scholars training

ILF Ghana’s training evaluation for KNUST MCF Scholars Cohort 12 showed strong performance across participant satisfaction, perceived relevance and delivery quality.

The strongest areas were engagement and interactivity, overall session rating and session structure. Participant feedback showed that leadership was reframed as service, character and integrity became central, and time management translated into immediate personal action.

  • Engagement and interactivity scored 4.68 out of 5.
  • Overall session rating scored 4.65 out of 5.
  • 99.1% would recommend the programme to other students.
  • 93.7% indicated interest in being mentored by ILF.
