Avis de confidentialité

How ILF Ghana handles your personal information.

Last updated: 4 October 2026

The International Leadership Foundation Ghana (“ILF Ghana”, “we”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and our programmes, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Qui sommes-nous

ILF Ghana is part of the International Leadership Foundation. Our office is at 129 Ambassadorial Enclave, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. For any privacy question, email ilfghana@ilfglobal.com.

What we collect

  • Enquiry and coaching forms: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, area of interest and the message you send.
  • Programme registrations: details you provide when you register for a programme, seminar or certification, such as your organisation, role and participation records.
  • Website usage: anonymous statistics about how pages are used, collected through Google Analytics via Google Site Kit, and the technical cookies needed for the site to work.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry or request.
  • To plan, deliver, evaluate and certify the programmes you or your institution take part in.
  • To send programme information and updates you have asked for, or that relate to a programme you took part in. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed: with ILF facilitators and staff delivering your programme, with the wider International Leadership Foundation network where a programme is delivered jointly, and with service providers who host our website and email on our behalf. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and programme records for as long as needed to confirm participation and certification. We then delete or anonymise them.

Keeping it secure

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, including for updates and newsletters. Email ilfghana@ilfglobal.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission.
